Security Agent ( Saudi Only )

Job Description

• Conduct regular patrols of guest areas, public areas, back-of-house areas, parking facilities, and other designated locations.
• Monitor hotel entrances, exits, access points, and restricted areas.
• Ensure that only authorized individuals have access to restricted areas.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and guest or colleague concerns.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, unauthorized access, or unusual behavior.
• Assist guests and colleagues in security-related matters while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain daily security logs.
• Coordinate with the CCTV Operator and Security Control Room regarding security incidents and observations.
• Assist in emergency situations, including fire alarms, evacuations, medical emergencies, and other incidents, in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Conduct inspections of doors, emergency exits, fire equipment, and other security-sensitive areas and report any irregularities.
• Support the investigation of incidents by providing relevant information and cooperating with authorized departments.
• Control and monitor the movement of employees, contractors, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Ensure that lost and found items are handled and recorded according to hotel policy.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information, hotel operations, security incidents, and investigations.
• Complete all required security checklists, logs, and reports accurately and on time.
• Follow all hotel security, safety, fire prevention, and emergency procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor or Security Management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a security role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and fire safety.
• Good observation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies or challenging situations.
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete security reports and records.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
