NOC Compliance Specialist

Key Accountabilities

Policy Implementation :

Develop and implement network policies and procedures to enhance security and efficiency.

Regularly review and update policies to reflect changes in regulations and industry best practices. Conduct periodical evaluation in coordination with line-managers on all NOC sections to ensure efficiency and compliance of the implementation of internal process and procedures listed in OCCM and submit feedback report to DOCC.

Compliance Management :

Develop and oversee systems to control, prevent, and address violations of regulations guidelines and internal policies, processes, and procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as IOSA standard, ICAO, and GACA regulatory

Audit and Reporting :

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Prepare and present compliance reports to DOCC.

Skills

Can effectively oversee and enforce compliance with polices, processes, and procedures relevant to aviation regulations, standards maintaining the integrity and safety of flight operations.
