Sales Manager – Coffee Roastery Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in coffee roastery, coffee, F&B, or FMCG sales . The ideal candidate should have a strong network in Saudi Arabia and experience in developing B2B business and key accounts. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and acquire new B2B clients and business opportunities. Build relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients. Promote coffee beans, roasted coffee, and related products. Manage key accounts and develop long-term client relationships. Handle sales negotiations, proposals, pricing, and closing. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of sales experience in Coffee Roastery, Coffee, F&B, or FMCG. Strong network and established connections in the Saudi market. Proven B2B sales and business development experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Good understanding of the Saudi coffee/F&B market. English required; Arabic is an advantage. Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
