Marketing Manager – Coffee / Roastery Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in Coffee, Roastery, F&B, or FMCG . The ideal candidate should understand the Saudi market, have strong industry connections, and be capable of building the brand and growing B2B and consumer business. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth. Build brand awareness across the Saudi coffee and F&B market. Develop B2B marketing initiatives and support client acquisition. Manage campaigns, social media, digital marketing, events, and promotions. Build relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients. Conduct market and competitor analysis and identify new opportunities. Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to achieve business targets. Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and external partners. Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5+ years of marketing experience in Coffee, Roastery, F&B, or FMCG. Strong knowledge of the Saudi market . Good network within the coffee, F&B, retail, or FMCG industry . Experience in brand building, B2B marketing, and digital marketing. Strong communication, creativity, and relationship-building skills. English required; Arabic is an advantage. Saudi/GCC experience preferred.
