Sales Manager - Specialty Coffee Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the coffee industry in Saudi Arabia . The ideal candidate should have an established market network and proven experience in driving sales and developing new business. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. Identify and acquire new B2B and corporate clients. Build strong relationships with key customers and industry partners. Develop business opportunities across cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and retail. Manage sales pipeline, targets, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and grow accounts. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. 5+ years of sales experience in the coffee/F&B industry in Saudi Arabia. Strong network within the Saudi coffee and F&B market . Proven track record in B2B sales and business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Good knowledge of the Saudi coffee market. English required; Arabic is an advantage. Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
