Sales Executive– Building Materials | Saudi Arabia

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving project sales across the Riyadh market. The role requires strong B2B sales experience within finishing or building materials, with the ability to work with developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and other project stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, main contractors, architects, interior designers, and design firms.
• Identify and develop new project opportunities across the Riyadh market.
• Generate leads and manage the sales process from initial contact through quotation, order, delivery, and collection.
• Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand project requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Present and promote premium Italian and European finishing materials to clients and project stakeholders.
• Follow up on project opportunities and ensure continuous progress throughout the sales cycle.
• Drive product specification by promoting VADA brands for inclusion in BOQs, project specifications, and technical submittals.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the estimation team to ensure accurate pricing and proposals.
• Negotiate with clients within approved pricing, margins, and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, quotations, and sales activities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within finishing materials, building materials, construction materials, or a related sector.
• Strong experience in project sales and dealing with developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, or design firms.
• Proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market, preferably within Riyadh.
• Experience selling premium finishing or building materials such as porcelain, marble, natural stone, mosaics, parquet, flooring, or similar products is highly preferred.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
• Good understanding of the project sales cycle and ability to follow opportunities from lead generation to closing.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to conduct frequent outdoor client visits and develop new business opportunities.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.
• Willingness to work in a showroom-based environment initially for product training and familiarization, followed by outdoor/project sales activities.
