Role Summary We are seeking an experienced ELV Project Manager to lead the execution of complex ELV systems projects in Riyadh. The candidate will be responsible for full project lifecycle management—from kickoff to handover—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest technical and quality standards.

This role requires strong technical understanding of ELV systems, solid contractual and commercial awareness, and proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders on large projects.

Key Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end execution of ELV projects including:
  • Security Systems (CCTV, ACS, Intrusion)
  • ICT & Structured Cabling
  • Audio-Visual Systems
  • BMS / Integration platforms
  • Command & Control / PSIM (where applicable)
• Develop and control project schedules, work plans, and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.

Technical & Coordination

• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site teams.
• Review and manage:
  • Shop drawings
  • Technical submittals
  • Method statements
  • Testing & commissioning plans
• Interface with main contractors, consultants, vendors, and authorities.

Commercial & Contractual Control

• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and cash flow.
• Manage variations, claims, and change orders.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and risk mitigation.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and motivate site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Act as the main point of contact with clients and consultants.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and issue clear reports (weekly/monthly).

Quality, HSE & Handover

• Ensure quality control, HSE compliance, and site discipline.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover documentation.
• Ensure smooth project close-out and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in ELV systems.
• Proven track record managing projects similar in scale and complexity to SCS projects (hospitality, mixed-use, giga projects, or large commercial developments).
• Experience working with Tier-1 main contractors and consultants in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi market practices, standards, and workflows.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of ELV systems architecture and integration.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience with planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Prior experience on Saudi giga projects or landmark developments.
• Arabic language is an advantage (English is mandatory).
