المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and C#.
  
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems, including MySQL, SSMS, and Oracle.
  
• Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, and Laravel.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Fluent in English.
  
• Preferred certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and/or Security+.
  

Requirements
Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. PMP certification is preferred. ITIL certification or certifications related to Operation & Maintenance and Services Management are considered an additional advantage. Specialized courses or certifications in ELV / Security Systems are preferred. Minimum Required Skills & Experience 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) projects. Experience in managing Security Systems and ELV projects. Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, VMS, Perimeter Security, and Networks. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance and following up on work orders and service requests. Knowledge of KPIs and SLAs and experience in preparing performance reports. Ability to manage project teams, resources, costs, risks, and project scope. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management Software, and English language.
