BIM Coordinator / Specialist

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of BIM Coordinator / Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our client is a reputed organization in the fit-out and interior construction sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, interior, structural, and MEP disciplines for high-end fit-out projects.
  
• Develop, review, and maintain coordinated BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
  
• Perform clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks and support the resolution of model conflicts.
  
• Coordinate BIM information between design consultants, project teams, contractors, and relevant disciplines.
  
• Review BIM models for accuracy, constructability, coordination, and compliance with project requirements.
  
• Support the production and coordination of drawings, schedules, details, and other BIM deliverables.
  
• Maintain BIM model quality and ensure revisions and design changes are accurately incorporated.
  
• Support BIM coordination for luxury residential, commercial office, and premium interior fit-out projects.
  

Required Skills

1. BIM Coordination: Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and resolve design conflicts.
   
2. Revit: Advanced working proficiency for BIM modelling, coordination, and project documentation.
   
3. Navisworks: Strong capability in model review, coordination, and clash detection workflows.
   
4. Fit-Out BIM: Experience supporting BIM delivery within interior design, fit-out, or construction environments.
   
5. High-End Projects: Practical experience with luxury residential, premium commercial office, or high-end fit-out projects.
   

Preferred Skills

• Multidisciplinary architectural and MEP coordination experience.
  
• BIM model quality-control and constructability-review experience.
  
• Experience working on complex premium fit-out projects in fast-paced construction environments.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in BIM coordination and/or BIM modelling, preferably within fit-out, interior design, or construction environments. Strong experience on high-end residential, luxury, commercial office, or premium fit-out projects is required.

Education

• Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, MEP Engineering, or a related discipline.

Requirements
Strong knowledge of construction materials, MEP systems, and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
