Senior Project Manager

Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Senior Project Manager in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience delivering complex stadium projects and working within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, stakeholder management, project controls, and end-to-end delivery expertise to ensure major projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved scope, schedule, quality, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of large-scale stadium projects.
  
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and performance within a PMC environment.
  
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, designers, client representatives, authorities, and other project stakeholders.
  
• Establish project execution plans, delivery strategies, milestones, reporting systems, and governance processes.
  
• Monitor construction progress against approved schedules and initiate corrective actions when deviations occur.
  
• Review project risks, technical constraints, interface issues, and change requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Lead senior-level project meetings and communicate progress, risks, decisions, and action items to key stakeholders.
  
• Ensure project delivery complies with approved specifications, contractual requirements, quality standards, and applicable safety requirements.
  

Required Skills

1. Stadium Project Delivery — Proven experience managing and delivering stadium or comparable large-scale, technically complex projects.
   
2. PMC Project Management — Strong understanding of consultancy-side project governance, coordination, monitoring, and reporting.
   
3. Stakeholder Management — Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and senior decision-makers.
   
4. Project Planning & Controls — Strong capability in schedule management, progress monitoring, risk control, reporting, and corrective action.
   
5. Project Delivery Leadership — Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive projects from planning through construction and completion.
   

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing major construction interfaces and multidisciplinary packages.
  
• Strong knowledge of risk, change, commercial, and project governance processes.
  
• Experience working on complex projects in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates must have 15+ years of relevant professional experience in project management and delivery. Proven stadium delivery experience and previous experience working within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment are mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate senior-level responsibility for complex project delivery and stakeholder coordination.

Education

• Minimum: Typical qualification — Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  
• Preferred: Typical — Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  
• Additional: Typical — PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-related certification, or equivalent professional project management certification.

Requirements
Strong knowledge of construction materials, MEP systems, and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
