Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Site Supervisor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires an experienced and responsible professional with strong exposure to civil construction, interior fit-out, and tiling works. The successful candidate will supervise workers and subcontractors, monitor site productivity, ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards, and coordinate with engineers and site management to achieve project targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction, interior fit-out, and tiling activities at the project site.
  
• Manage workers and subcontractors and allocate manpower according to daily work priorities.
  
• Monitor daily manpower, work progress, and productivity against established production targets.
  
• Ensure site execution complies with approved drawings, measurements, levels, specifications, and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with engineers and site management to maintain smooth execution of project activities.
  
• Monitor site safety and housekeeping and ensure required standards are maintained.
  
• Identify and resolve site execution issues to minimize disruption and delays.
  
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved in accordance with the project schedule.
  

Required Skills

1. Civil Construction: Hands-on understanding of civil construction activities and site execution.
   
2. Interior Fit-Out: Experience supervising interior fit-out activities and coordinating execution at site.
   
3. Tiling Works: Strong practical knowledge of tiling execution, levels, measurements, and workmanship.
   
4. Construction Drawings & Measurements: Ability to understand approved drawings, levels, dimensions, and site measurements.
   
5. Site & Manpower Management: Ability to supervise workers/subcontractors, manage manpower, monitor productivity, and resolve site issues.
   

Preferred Skills

• Arabic communication skills.
  
• Strong understanding of construction quality and safety practices.
  
• Experience coordinating simultaneously with engineers, workers, and subcontractors.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is required. Candidates should have strong practical experience in civil construction, interior fit-out, and tiling works, including site supervision, manpower management, and execution according to drawings and project schedules.

Education

• Minimum: Typical — Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Civil/Construction discipline

Requirements
Strong knowledge of construction materials, MEP systems, and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
