Investment Board Member - Industrial Manufacturing | Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an accomplished senior investment professional to serve as an Investment Manager, providing strategic investment leadership, portfolio oversight, and executive-level advisory to support the organization's growth and long-term objectives, to join one of the fastest-growing industrial engineering companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that specializes in metal and industrial processes.

The successful candidate will combine strong strategic investment expertise with hands-on portfolio management capabilities, working closely with the Board, shareholders, and senior management to identify growth opportunities, evaluate investments, and strengthen the company's investment strategy and capital allocation decisions.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide strategic investment advice and recommendations to the Board and senior leadership.
• Contribute to Board discussions related to investment strategy, capital allocation, business expansion, and long-term value creation.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute new investment opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and feasibility studies to assess potential investments.
• Lead financial due diligence for investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor and manage the performance of existing investments and portfolio companies.
• Advise on capital structure, funding requirements, banking relationships, and financing strategies related to investment activities.
• Support business transformation and expansion initiatives through structured investment analysis.
• Ensure investment decisions are supported by accurate, timely, and data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance-monitoring frameworks for investment tracking.
• Provide guidance on regulatory, compliance, and risk-related matters connected to investment activities.
• Act as a trusted investment advisor to shareholders and senior leadership, maintaining an independent, strategic perspective.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Significant senior-level experience as an Investment Manager, Investment Director, or similar strategic investment role.
• Strong track record of providing investment and strategic guidance at Board and shareholder level.
• Extensive expertise across financial modeling, valuation, portfolio management, and investment analysis.
• Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on investment execution.
• Experience supporting organizations through periods of growth, transformation, restructuring, or expansion.
• Strong exposure to banking relationships, funding, investment evaluation, and financial due diligence.
• Experience working within a holding company, diversified group, or multi-entity organization is highly preferred.
• Exposure to IPO readiness, publicly listed companies, or Saudi capital-market / Nomu environments would be a strong advantage.
• Previous experience within the Saudi market or GCC business environment is preferred.
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to challenge, influence, and advise senior stakeholders effectively.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, independence, and professional credibility.
