AV Project Manager

الوصف الوظيفيProven experience managing AV integration projects (control rooms, immersive spaces, meeting rooms). Strong knowledge of AV systems : displays, control systems (Crestron / Extron / Q-SYS), DSPs, AV-over-IP networks. Excellent leadership, planning, and stakeholder communication skills. Familiarity with PMI or PRINCE2 project management methodologies is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Overview
We are expanding our team and looking for a highly motivated AV Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of world-class audiovisual solutions across our portfolio of projects, including command centers, immersive rooms, and large-scale video walls.
Responsibilities
- Lead AV projects from kickoff to handover, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality targets are met.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects aligned and on track.
- Manage project budgets, procurement schedules, and installation resources.
- Ensure compliance with AV standards, safety requirements, and commissioning processes.
- Produce regular project reports and proactively escalate risks or issues.
