Process Automation System SME

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Process Automation System SME to serve as the Technical Authority across our portfolio of energy, oil & gas, mining, industrial and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Technical Authority across multiple projects.
• Lead technical reviews during Concept, FEED and Detailed Design.
• Perform independent design assurance and peer reviews.
• Resolve complex engineering challenges and provide specialist guidance.
• Support proposals, client workshops and business development.
• Mentor engineers and develop technical capability.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards and best practices.
• Provide specialized technical authority for all Process Automation design deliverables in addition to detailed experience in general I&C activities such as field instrumentation sizing and selection.
• Shall process strong leadership qualities and have good experience in managing discipline budgets and technical implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline.
• Chartered Engineer/Professional Engineer status is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, Mining or Industrial projects.
• Proven experience as a Technical Authority, Chief Engineer, Principal Consultant, Engineering Fellow or equivalent.
