About Client

Our client is a Saudi Arabia-based company specializing in the supply and trading of steel products. The company serves customers across the construction, steel fabrication, trading, and industrial sectors, offering a broad portfolio including steel sheets, plates, beams, angles, and related products.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and expand the company's market presence across Saudi Arabia.
• Identify and acquire new B2B customers across construction, steel fabrication, trading, and industrial sectors.
• Manage and develop existing key accounts, increasing sales volumes and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Develop relationships with contractors, fabricators, traders, distributors, and key decision-makers.
• Prepare quotations, pricing, commercial proposals, and negotiate contract terms.
• Monitor market trends, steel prices, competitors, and customer demand to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Finance to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and payment collection.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular market and performance updates to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the refrigeration industry, particularly in commercial or industrial refrigeration, is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi steel market and an established customer network.
• Proven track record in new business development and achieving sales targets.
• Good understanding of steel products, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic with good command of English.

*Monthly Salary : 6000 SAR + Commission
