Overview

Responsible for safely executing and supervising complex lifting and rigging operations in accordance with Aramco's safety and engineering standards. This role requires formal certification and significant experience in industrial lifting environments.

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed critical lifting plans with accurate calculation and risk assessments.
• Ensuring full compliance with Aramco lifting safety requirements to prevent accidents.
• Selecting and inspecting the correct lifting tools and equipment based on load weight and type.
• Conducting pre-lift safety checks and formula calculations for secure and efficient operations.
• Supervising rigging teams and maintaining direct communication with crane operators and engineers for coordinated lifts.
• Inspecting slings, shackles, and lifting gear prior to use.
• Reporting and addressing any safety hazards promptly.
• Using standardized hand signals, radio, and verbal commands during lifts for safety assurance.
