Female Barista-KSA Based

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Filipino Female Barista who is currently based in Saudi Arabia with a valid transferable Iqama to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have previous café or coffee shop experience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for preparing high-quality beverages while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Beverage Preparation Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and cold drinks according to company standards. Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste. Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment. Monitor product quality and report equipment issues when necessary. Customer Service Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience. Café Operations Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, workstations, and equipment. Replenish ingredients, supplies, and inventory throughout the shift. Follow opening and closing procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Assist with inventory counts and stock management. Teamwork Work effectively with kitchen and service teams. Support colleagues during busy periods. Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Requirements Mandatory Requirements Nationality: Filipino Gender: Female Currently based in Saudi Arabia (KSA). Must hold a valid and transferable Iqama. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, hotel, or coffee shop. Good command of English (Arabic is a plus). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Preferred Qualifications Experience with specialty coffee and espresso machines. Latte art skills are an advantage. Previous experience in international café brands is preferred. Food Safety or HACCP certification is a plus.
