نبحث عن مدير إدارة أملاك يمتلك خبرة قيادية في إدارة المحافظ العقارية السكنية والتجارية، لقيادة عمليات إدارة الأملاك والإشراف على التشغيل، والتأجير، والصيانة، وإدارة علاقات العملاء، بما يضمن رفع كفاءة الأصول وتحقيق أعلى مستويات الجودة والعائد الاستثماري.
Requirements
•قيادة وإدارة كافة العمليات المالية والمحاسبية للشركة.
• الإشراف على التخطيط المالي وإعداد الموازنات والتوقعات المالية.
• تطوير أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية وإدارة المخاطر المالية.
• الإشراف على إعداد التقارير المالية والتأكد من الامتثال للمعايير والأنظمة المالية والضريبية.
• إدارة التدفقات النقدية وتحسين الأداء المالي ودعم القرارات الاستراتيجية.
• بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية، ويفضل درجة الماجستير.
• شهادة مهنية معتمدة (SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA).
• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المجال المالي، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في منصب مدير مالي.
• يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في شركات قابضة.
• يفضل وجود خبرة في إحدى شركات التدقيق الكبرى (Big 4).
• معرفة متقدمة بمعايير IFRS والزكاة والضريبة.
• مهارات قيادية وتحليلية عالية.
