Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will manage customer accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide excellent customer service. The role involves lead generation, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. The Sales Account Manager will also work closely with other teams to achieve company sales goals and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

• Strong Communication abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience in sales or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
