French Private Family | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia | Long-Term Position

Nanny Prestige is currently seeking two experienced VIP Nannies to join a lovely French private family based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

We are recruiting:

• One Native English-Speaking Nanny
• One Native Spanish-Speaking Nanny (fluent English is essential)

The family currently has three children aged 1, 3 and 4 years old, and they are expecting a fourth baby in December 2026.

Both the parents and the children speak French and English on a daily basis. The parents are deeply involved in their children’s lives and are looking for dedicated professionals to support them in their day-to-day family life.

A Genuine Team Environment

The team will eventually consist of four full-time nannies. One nanny is already in place, while three additional positions are currently being recruited.

Successful candidates must enjoy working as part of a team, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be capable of organising their schedules autonomously according to the family’s daily needs. Flexibility, cooperation and strong organisational skills are essential.

The Role

The nannies will be involved in all aspects of the children’s daily lives, including:

• Daily care and routines
• Educational activities, creative play, reading, outings and encouraging independence
• Educational support
• Providing full language immersion throughout the day

The Native English-Speaking Nanny will also support the children with their future English learning and homework.

The Native Spanish-Speaking Nanny will provide genuine Spanish language immersion through daily conversations, games, reading, songs and educational activities.

As the children are close in age, the family is looking for professionals who combine warmth, energy and natural authority, and who are able to provide a clear, consistent and reassuring educational framework.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience within a high-end private household is essential
• Proven experience caring for babies, young children and sibling groups
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexible, organised and proactive
• Natural authority with a strong educational approach
• Valid European passport
• Fluent English
• Up-to-date First Aid certification
• Strong swimmer
• Driving licence is an advantage but not essential

International Travel

The family travels more than 21 weeks per year, including destinations such as Dubai, France, the Maldives, the Seychelles…

Depending on the destination and the family’s needs, between two and four nannies may accompany the family. Candidates should therefore enjoy international travel and be highly adaptable.

Package

• Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
• Start date: August or September 2026
• Local employment contract
• 6 working days per week
• €5,000 net per month
• Long-term position
• Shared two-bedroom apartment with another nanny, with a private bedroom for each nanny. Should the family relocate in the future, each nanny may be provided with a private bedroom within the family residence.
