BISCUITS PRODUCTION LINE LEADER

• Preparing work schedules and assigning workers production line tasks
• Evaluating incoming orders and setting up the production line accordingly.
• Optimizing production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
• Identifying and resolving production line problems on time.
• Performing recordkeeping tasks for the line losses and order tracking.
• Training and supervising new production line workers.
• Collaborating with maintenance and quality departments to ensure that orders are completed on time.
• Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Monitor the product specifications and ensure that it's within the standard.
• Monitor and lead the changeover time reduction for the machines.
• Raise to the production supervisor any concern related to the equipment and machine parts.
• Properly tag the FG pallets and make sure to follow the production order requirements.
• Ensure to have the right operators to handle the machines all the time.
• Raise notifications in SAP for maintenance support in any breakdown.
• Maintain the manpower allocation and organize the relieving during the break times.

Job Objectives

• Min Diploma in science, Food Technology, Engineering
• Min 3 to 5 years experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fair financial, mathematical, and analytical skills
• ERP (SAP) Microsoft Office knowledge
• Lean management, 6 Sigma, TPM knowledge
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
