Business Development Director (Hospitality)

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead strategic growth initiatives for a well-established organization operating in the Hospitality Sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the Saudi market, a proven track record in business development, partnerships, and investment opportunities, and the ability to identify and execute high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sustainable growth.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and investment prospects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, government entities, and key stakeholders
• Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, joint ventures, and strategic alliances
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities
• Collaborate with executive leadership on expansion plans and business initiatives
• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and financial proposals
• Work closely with operations, finance, legal, and project teams to ensure successful project execution
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
• Achieve annual business development and revenue growth targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 10–15+ years of business development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in the hospitality and/or real estate industry within Saudi Arabia
• Strong understanding of the Saudi real estate market, hospitality sector, and investment landscape
• Established network with developers, investors, hospitality operators, and government authorities
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skill
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to be based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with hospitality developers, hotel operators, or mixed-use real estate projects
• Knowledge of PPP projects, investment structuring, and strategic partnership

Experience in business expansion, acquisitions, or large-scale development projects.
