Chief Financial Officer

Our client is an established organization entering its next phase of growth and is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide executive leadership across finance, corporate governance, investment planning, and business performance. The organization is looking for a commercially minded finance executive capable of partnering with the CEO and Board to support long-term value creation.

The Role

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring strong governance, disciplined financial management, and informed decision-making while supporting sustainable growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate finance and financial strategy.
• Oversee financial reporting, treasury, tax, and compliance.
• Develop long-term financial plans and investment strategies.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
• Strengthen governance and internal controls.
• Support acquisitions, investments, and financing activities.
• Advise executive leadership and the Board on financial matters.
• Drive profitability and business performance initiatives.
• Lead enterprise risk management from a financial perspective.
• Build and develop high-performing finance teams.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and investors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all financial activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA qualification is essential.
• MBA is highly desirable.
• 18+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Proven executive leadership within complex organizations.
• Strong strategic and commercial capabilities.
• Excellent Board-level communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
