Oncology Nurse - Jeddah

Oncology Registered Nurse Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Minimum 1 year of experience in Oncology Nursing . Experience in chemotherapy administration, oncology inpatient care, hematology-oncology, radiation oncology, or palliative oncology is preferred. Dataflow verification is mandatory. Saudi nursing license (SCFHS) is an advantage. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Job Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for oncology patients. Administer and monitor chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and supportive treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety standards. Monitor patients for treatment-related side effects and adverse reactions, ensuring timely intervention and escalation when required. Provide direct nursing care to oncology patients in inpatient, outpatient, day-care, and infusion settings. Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate medication records. Monitor and document vital signs, laboratory results, and patient progress. Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, medication management, symptom control, and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, radiation therapists, palliative care teams, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records, nursing documentation, and treatment charts. Ensure compliance with infection prevention, chemotherapy handling, and patient safety protocols. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout the cancer treatment journey. Participate in discharge planning and continuity-of-care arrangements. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition.
