Lead Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the overall supervision of the construction process, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of the steel structure building project, while ensuring that timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of steel structure construction principles, materials, and best practices to guide the construction team and address any technical challenges that may arise.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to guarantee the structural integrity and safety of the building, as well as the adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Work closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless progress throughout the construction process.
• Identify and resolve potential issues or discrepancies in construction plans and implementation, providing innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
• Maintain accurate records of project milestones, construction activities, and any deviations from the original plans, while providing regular progress reports to project management.
