Area Manager (Specialty Coffee)

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager (Specialty Coffee) to join a leading organisation in the food and beverage sector. This is a Full-Time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a profound understanding of the specialty coffee industry and a proven track record in multi-site management. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and brand consistency across a portfolio of specialty coffee shops in your designated area. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple coffee shops, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to company standards. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Store Managers, fostering a culture of high performance, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. Drive sales and profitability by analysing financial reports, managing budgets, and implementing effective strategies to control costs and maximise revenue. Uphold the highest standards of coffee quality, beverage preparation, and presentation across all locations. Ensure an outstanding customer experience is consistently delivered, addressing customer feedback and actively seeking opportunities for improvement. Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure product availability and minimise waste. Guarantee that all stores comply with local health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and support store teams. Qualifications Proven experience in a multi-site management role, such as an Area Manager or Cluster Manager, preferably within the specialty coffee or premium hospitality sector. A genuine passion for and deep knowledge of specialty coffee, including brewing methods, bean origins, and quality standards. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent commercial acumen, with demonstrable experience in managing P&L, budgets, and key performance indicators. Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid driving licence and the willingness to travel frequently within the Riyadh area.
