Soft Services Machine Technician

Responsibilities

Operate ride-on and walk-behind cleaning machines (scrubbers, sweepers, vacuums, etc.) safely and efficiently. Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs on cleaning machines. Conduct daily inspection and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure proper functionality. Report major breakdowns or maintenance needs to the supervisor and coordinate with maintenance teams. Ensure machines are cleaned, refueled / charged, and stored properly after use. Maintain records / logs of equipment usage, maintenance, and service schedules. Support cleaning teams by ensuring machines are available and in good working condition. Follow health and safety standards while handling machines, cleaning chemicals, and electrical connections. Assist in training cleaning staff on the correct use of machines when required. Seniority level
