Part-Time Booth Representative

As a Part-Time Booth Representative, you will play an important role in how customers experience the company and its products at events. This is a customer-facing position focused on creating positive first impressions, building interest in the product range, and supporting event-based outreach that strengthens brand visibility and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Represent Smart Technology Solutions at promotional booths and events.
• Engage with customers to introduce and demonstrate our products, including BOOX devices.
• Answer customer questions and provide detailed product information.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining the booth to ensure a professional appearance.
• Collect customer feedback and report insights to the sales team.
• Support sales activities and help generate leads during events.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic, both spoken and written; fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a plus.
• Confidence in approaching and engaging with customers in person.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours during events.
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, customer service, promotions, events, or sales is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Smart Technology Solutions products is advantageous.
