Function Description

As a Schedule Analyst, you will support the project team by developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules while ensuring milestones remain aligned with overall project delivery objectives.

• Develop and maintain the integrated project master schedule.

• Monitor progress against approved baseline schedules.

• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule updates and reports.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

• Identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path concerns.

• Support schedule recovery planning and mitigation actions.

• Track project milestones and progress measurement.

• Review contractor schedule submissions and updates.

• Maintain planning records and schedule documentation.

• Support management reporting and project governance reviews.

• Follow company procedures and project control requirements.

• Contribute to schedule accuracy and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.

• Minimum 7+ years of scheduling or planning experience.

• Strong Primavera P6 experience is required.

• Experience in EPC or industrial project environments preferred.

• Good understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction workflow.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Experience with schedule risk analysis is an advantage.

• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
