We are actively seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. If you are passionate about sales and have experience in ERP or SaaS, this role is for you.

Position Summary :

• Business Development Executive Roles & Responsibilities
• End-to-End Sales Management : Drive the complete sales process from prospecting and lead qualification through to contract closure and post-sale support.
• Vendor Management : Identify onboard and nurture vendor relationships; ensure alignment with business objectives and maintain performance standards.
• Client Enablement : Facilitate client success by providing actionable insights structured enablement programs and ensuring clients have the necessary resources and training.
• Documentation Support : Assist in preparing detailed proposals, contracts and other essential documentation to support sales and business initiatives.
• Pre-Sales Support : Mentor and support team members engaged in pre-sales activities by providing guidance on process methodologies, product knowledge and customer engagement techniques.
• Lead Conversion : Proactively convert leads into closed deals by understanding client needs, tailoring solutions and leading negotiations.
• Regional Client Engagement : Act as the primary liaison with regional clients, organizing regular conversations to gather critical feedback, update on new developments and address any concerns to foster long-term relationships.
