Cake Maker-KSA Based

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and creative Cake Maker to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing high-quality cakes, desserts, and customized cake designs while maintaining consistent quality and presentation standards. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. All nationalities are welcome to apply. Saudi residency is mandatory. Key Responsibilities -Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of cakes, including customized and specialty cakes. -Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all cake products. -Prepare cake sponges, fillings, frostings, icings, and decorations according to approved recipes. -Create customized cake designs based on customer requirements and company standards. -Develop new cake flavors, designs, and seasonal items when required. -Manage daily cake production schedules and ensure timely preparation. -Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations. -Control ingredient usage, minimize waste, and maintain proper stock levels. -Ensure all baking tools, equipment, and work areas are clean and well maintained. -Support kitchen and pastry teams during peak periods and special orders. Required Qualifications & Experience -Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory. -Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Cake Maker or Pastry Specialist . -Strong knowledge of cake baking, frosting, and decoration techniques. -Experience with fondant, buttercream, and basic cake sculpting is preferred. -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines for custom orders. -Strong attention to detail and creativity in design and presentation. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
