تُعلن شركة المتميزون المتحدة الطبية عن رغبتها في توظيف مدير مالي للانضمام إلى مكتبها الرئيسي في الرياض. نحن شركة سعودية رائدة في الخدمات الصحية بخبرة تتجاوز ٣٠ عامًا، تعمل عبر عدة خطوط خدمة تشمل النقل الإسعافي، والفرق الطبية الميدانية، والتغطية الطبية للفعاليات، والتدريب الصحي، وإدارة العيادات، واستشارات اعتماد الجودة الصحية.

نبحث عن قائدٍ ماليٍ بعقلية عصرية يجمع بين الأسس المحاسبية الراسخة والكفاءة الرقمية التي تتطلبها المالية الحديثة، يتعامل مع الذكاء الاصطناعي والأتمتة وتحليل البيانات كأدوات يومية لتسريع الإقفالات، وتعزيز دقة التنبؤات، ودعم القرارات الاستراتيجية لمجلس الإدارة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• قيادة جميع العمليات المالية والمحاسبية عبر خطوط خدمات الشركة المتعددة
  
• إعداد التقارير المالية الدورية والسنوية، وبناء لوحات مؤشرات أداء باستخدام أدوات ذكاء الأعمال والذكاء الاصطناعي
  
• توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي والأتمتة لتحسين كفاءة الذمم المدينة والدائنة، والتسويات، وإعداد التقارير
  
• إعداد وإدارة الميزانيات التشغيلية والرأسمالية، والتنبؤات الدورية، ونمذجة السيناريوهات
  
• إدارة التدفق النقدي والخزينة وتخطيط السيولة عبر وحدات الأعمال المختلفة
  
• ضمان الامتثال الكامل للوائح هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (زاتكا)
  
• إدارة العلاقات مع البنوك والمؤسسات المالية والمدققين الخارجيين والجهات التنظيمية
  
• تقديم تحليلات مالية استراتيجية وتوصيات لدعم قرارات الإدارة العليا
  
• قيادة فريق المحاسبة والمالية وتطوير كفاءاته الرقمية والتحليلية

About the Role

United Distinguished Medical Company (UDM) is hiring a Finance Manager to join its headquarters in Riyadh. UDM is a leading Saudi healthcare services company with 30+ years of experience, operating across multiple service lines: ambulance transportation, on-site medical teams, event medical services, healthcare training, clinic operations management, and health quality accreditation consulting.

We're looking for a forward-thinking finance leader who pairs strong accounting fundamentals with the digital fluency expected of a modern CFO-track professional — someone who treats AI, automation, and data analytics as everyday tools to accelerate close cycles, sharpen forecasts, and elevate strategic decision-making at the board level.

Job Title: Finance Manager Employment Type: Full-time Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial and accounting operations across UDM's multiple service lines
  
• Prepare periodic and annual financial reports, and build real-time KPI dashboards using BI and AI tools
  
• Apply AI and automation (RPA) to streamline AP/AR, reconciliations, and reporting workflows
  
• Develop and manage operational and capital budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario models
  
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and liquidity planning across business units
  
• Ensure full compliance with Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA)
  
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, external auditors, and regulators
  
• Deliver strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support executive decision-making
  
• Lead, mentor, and upskill the finance and accounting team — with a focus on digital and analytical capability building
  

Requirements

المؤهلات والخبرات:

• بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة؛ ويُفضّل الحصول على شهادة SOCPA / CMA / CPA / ACCA
  
• خبرة لا تقل عن ٥ سنوات في المحاسبة أو الإدارة المالية، ويُفضّل ضمنها قيادة فريق
  
• خبرة سابقة في قطاع الرعاية الصحية أو الخدمات متعددة الفروع تُعدّ ميزة إضافية
  
• إجادة قوية لأنظمة زوهو بوكس ومايكروسوفت اكسل
  
• خبرة عملية في أدوات ذكاء الأعمال وفهم واضح لكيفية توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي والأتمتة في العمليات المالية
  
• معرفة شاملة بلوائح زاتكا وضريبة القيمة المضافة، والزكاة، والبيئة التنظيمية المالية السعودية
  
• مهارات تحليلية واتخاذ قرار قوية
  
• إتقان التواصل كتابةً وشفهيًا باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; SOCPA / CMA / CPA / ACCA strongly preferred
  
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management, ideally including team leadership
  
• Prior experience in healthcare or multi-service-line operations is a plus
  
• Strong command of ERP systems (Zoho Books) and advanced Excel
  
• Hands-on experience with BI tools and a working understanding of how AI and automation apply to finance operations
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of ZATCA, VAT, Zakat, and the broader Saudi financial regulatory landscape
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  
• Excellent written and spoken communication in both Arabic and English
