Overview

As a Specialty Account Manager, you will manage assigned specialty product(s) across the territory by engaging internal and external stakeholders, delivering patient-focused detailing for healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring timely availability of medically critical products, supporting formulary inclusion and expedited access in key accounts. You will be accountable for annual sales targets in the assigned territory and therapy area and will support delivery of commercial strategy through an end-to-end, solutions-driven account management approach.

Core responsibilities

Deliver territory sales targets and lead key performance indicators.

Implement commercial strategies and act as a trusted advisor to HCPs, offering appropriate solutions.

Monitor product performance and execute a robust territory business plan aligned to country commercial strategy.

Support marketing activities and implement the annual operational plan, ensuring necessary medical and regulatory approvals.

Generate market intelligence and participate in forecasting aligned with trade and marketing teams.

Drive end-to-end patient solutions and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability and manage shelf-life.

Provide timely input to tender activities (pricing, RFQ follow-up) in coordination with the Business Unit Manager.

Work with market access to develop and implement territory access plans and clear account roadmaps.

Conduct effective external interactions with HCPs to drive disease and product awareness/education.

Prioritize efforts using market segmentation and targeting to optimize resource allocation.

Build relationships with scientific societies and key external experts to support patient care and advocacy.

Deliver patient-focused detailing with excellence in product and disease knowledge using approved materials.

Manage expenses within budget and optimize resource use.

Compliance responsibilities

Maintain and apply current knowledge of GSK codes, policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Ensure governance in day-to-day activities and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders for approved resolution.

Foster collaborative relationships based on trust, openness, honesty and transparency, demonstrating GSK values and integrity.

Basic qualifications

Saudi national.

Pharmacy degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration/card required.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in specialty product management and new product launches.

Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex scientific content.

Ability to manage larger geographical territories with consistent KPI performance.

Understanding of supply cycle management, distributor relations and tender processes.

Commercial acumen including analytics, business case development and commercial modelling.

Familiarity with modern ways of working in the pharmaceutical industry.

High commitment to ethical, values-based management; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Resilient, self-motivated, persistent and able to perform under pressure.

بصفتك مدير حساب متخصص، ستتولى إدارة المنتجات المتخصصة المخصصة في المنطقة من خلال التعامل مع الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية المعنية، وتقديم شرح يركز على المرضى للمختصين بالرعاية الصحية (HCPs)، وضمان توفر المنتجات الطبية الضرورية في الوقت المناسب، ودعم إدراجها في قوائم الأدوية وتحقيق الوصول السريع إلى الحسابات الرئيسية. ستكون مسؤولًا عن تحقيق أهداف المبيعات السنوية في المنطقة والتخصص العلاجي المعين وستدعم تنفيذ الاستراتيجية التجارية من خلال نهج إدارة الحسابات يحل المشكلات من البداية للنهاية.

تحقيق أهداف المبيعات في المنطقة وقيادة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.

تنفيذ استراتيجيات تجارية والتصرف كمستشار موثوق للمختصين بالرعاية الصحية، مع تقديم حلول مناسبة.

مراقبة أداء المنتج وتنفيذ خطة عمل قوية للمنطقة متوافقة مع الاستراتيجية التجارية للبلد.

دعم الأنشطة التسويقية وتنفيذ الخطة التشغيلية السنوية، مع ضمان الموافقات الطبية والتنظيمية اللازمة.

جمع المعلومات السوقية والمشاركة في التنبؤ بالتنسيق مع فرق التجارة والتسويق.

تقديم حلول شاملة للمرضى والتنسيق مع سلسلة التوريد لضمان توفر المنتج وإدارة عمر الرفوف.

تقديم المدخلات في الوقت المناسب لأنشطة المناقصات (تحديد الأسعار، متابعة طلبات تقديم العروض) بالتنسيق مع مدير وحدة الأعمال.

العمل مع فرق الوصول إلى السوق لتطوير وتنفيذ خطط الوصول للمنطقة وخطط واضحة للحسابات.

إجراء تفاعلات خارجية فعالة مع المختصين بالرعاية الصحية لتعزيز الوعي بالتشخيص والمنتجات والتعليم.

تحديد الأولويات باستخدام تقسيم السوق والاستهداف لتحسين تخصيص الموارد.

بناء علاقات مع الجمعيات العلمية والخبراء الخارجيين الرئيسيين لدعم رعاية المرضى والدعوة.

تقديم شرح يركز على المرضى بتميز في المنتج والمعرفة المرضية باستخدام مواد معتمدة.

إدارة المصاريف داخل الميزانية وتحسين استخدام الموارد.

المؤهلات الأساسية

الجنسية السعودية.

شهادة صيدلة مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في صناعة الأدوية.

بطاقة تسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS).

المؤهلات المفضلة

خبرة في إدارة المنتجات المتخصصة وطرح منتجات جديدة في السوق.

مهارات تقديم قوية وقدرة على إيصال محتوى علمي معقد.
