Service Supervisor - Hydraulic Work Over

Date: Apr 26, 2026

Location: 04, SA

Responsibilities

  • Promote excellent customer relations at the worksite.
  • Plan and perform necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed.
  • Coordinate and direct the activities of service operators and operator assistants during equipment rig‑up and rig‑down at a location and prepare equipment for performing a job.
  • Provide necessary planning for the job, including instructions to the crew and dispute resolutions to approved levels.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with jobs performed.
  • Perform data collection and distribution on jobs as needed.
  • Coordinate the cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
  • Provide input on individual performance levels of subordinates.
  • Provide on‑the‑job skills development to enhance job performance.
  • Promote the HES Process Improvement Initiatives (PII) within the assigned Country or Natural Work Area.
  • Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, practices and guidelines.
  • Promote and take an active part in quality improvement processes.
  • Analyze Well Bore schematics, computer programs (HalWin) and operational procedures.
  • Drive commercial vehicles (licensure may be required).

Qualifications

  • Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions.
  • Must possess excellent knowledge of Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards, work methods and processes.
  • Must possess the ability to understand Well Bore schematics, analyze computer programs (HalWin) and operational procedures.
  • Must possess good leadership and negotiating skills.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
  • HES career development requirements as Service Operator II.
  • Basic computer skills are preferred.

Compensation Information

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Location
