Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Officer located in Jeddah. The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, preparing purchase orders and requisitions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services. Additional tasks include monitoring supplier performance, conducting market research, and maintaining accurate records of purchasing activities. Responsibilities

Manage purchasing processes, purchase orders, and purchase requisitions. Prepare and issue purchase orders and requisitions in a timely manner. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain favorable terms. Monitor supplier performance and conduct market research to support procurement decisions. Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities. Qualifications

Proficiency in purchasing processes, purchase orders, and purchase requisitions. Strong contract negotiation skills. Excellent analytical skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work on-site in Jeddah. Experience in manufacturing or plastic industry is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Details
