In-process & final product inspection

Non-destructive & hydro testing

Quality documentation & reporting

Compliance with HSE protocols

Responsibilities

  • Thread inspections of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) per API standard
  • QMS management based on API Q1 & ISO 9001 for medium to large organizations

Qualifications

  • Technical Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical / Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years total experience, including 2+ in pipe manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of inspection / testing procedures
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings
  • Hands-on experience with QC tools and standards
  • Proven expertise in OCTG thread inspections and QMS leadership
