Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS), MIS, Physical Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Possess a blend of SAP technical and services delivery management skills.
• Certification in at least one SAP module or technical area (e.g., Basis).
• Sound cross SAP technical knowledge and IT experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SLM) desired.
• Team player, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and sustain relationships with customers, SI and IT organizations.
• Accomplished communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good design and architectural skills in the technical area.
• Good understanding of project management and knowledge of the ASAP project lifecycle.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and deliver on commitments.
• Fluent in English; excellent communication skills required.
• Proven record of high performance in problem solving, collaboration, planning / priority setting, timely decision making, perseverance, and a drive for results.
• 6 - 10 years experience in SAP Administration (IT Senior Leadership). 6 - 10 years of Service Delivery Management in SAP. Minimum of 6 years of experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business segments.
