Maintenance Technician

in our

KSA

factory with Signify. Your main responsibility is to ensure the efficient operation of machinery, systems, and the overall facility.

Responsibilities

Optimization of the maintenance process as well as focused improvements of the equipment

Plan, and / or coordinate maintenance projects related to the improvement of production capacity, quality and / or efficiency

Scheduling and performing preventive maintenance to prevent equipment downtime

Troubleshooting of the (most) complex and / or repetitive equipment problems

Maintain and improve line performance with respect to planned and unplanned downtime

Solve complex electrical or mechanical breakdowns on equipment / production

Responsible for maintenance costs, reporting maintenance indicators

Responsible for keeping maintenance and machines documentation up to date

Monitors production equipment to ensure it functions according to HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) procedures and legislation

Participate and / or lead improvement projects, and coordinate 3rd party service providers

Qualifications

Mechanical and electrical skills including machine safety and ergonomics

Knowledge of mechanical systems such as motors, pumps, conveyors, and hydraulics

Electrical knowledge : wiring, circuits, control panels, and troubleshooting electrical issues

Automation and control systems : familiarity with PLCs, sensors, and automated machinery

Teamwork : ability to work effectively as part of a team

Problem-solving : ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions

Efficiently prioritizing and completing maintenance tasks within deadlines

KPIs

Downtime breakdowns & preventive maintenance

Maintenance costs and AM / PM adherence

Machine safety compliance
