We are partnering with a leading integrated facilities management organization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to hire a Business Development Director to spearhead strategic growth and client acquisition initiatives across the region.
This senior leadership role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong networks, industry knowledge, and a passion for driving business performance in the FM sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development and growth strategy for facilities management and related service lines.
- Identify, pursue, and secure high-value contracts across commercial, government, and mixed-use sectors.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Drive pre-qualification, tendering, and proposal activities in coordination with technical and operations teams.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand service offerings and market share.
- Report directly to executive leadership on pipeline performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is an advantage.10+ years of progressive experience in business development or sales leadership within the facilities management, construction, or real estate services sectors.Proven track record of securing large-scale FM or O&M contracts within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Deep understanding of the regional FM market, regulations, and client landscape.Seniority level
