We are looking for a
Change Management Manager
to join our team and support the rollout of a major organizational transformation. In this role, you will play a key part in driving
employee adoption and engagement , ensuring the seamless execution of change initiatives that align with the company’s new strategy and structure.
Responsibilities
Support the
design and implementation
of change management strategies and detailed action plans.
Conduct
stakeholder analysis and impact assessments
to understand risks, opportunities, and communication needs.
Work closely with Strategy, HR, and Communications teams to
deliver change programs, events, and campaigns
that drive adoption and engagement.
Apply proven change management frameworks such as
Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or McKinsey 7S
in a way that fits the organization’s culture.
Track and report on the
progress and effectiveness
of change initiatives, providing actionable insights.
Facilitate
knowledge sharing and capability building
to embed a sustainable change culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in
Change Management, Organizational Development, or Business Administration .
Around
8 years of experience
in
change management roles , ideally within
government, semi-government, or regional organizations , with some exposure to the private sector.
Experience executing change management strategies on enterprise or multi-department projects.
Strong
bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English)
with the ability to present and engage at all levels.
Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
