Staff Assistant - Indian Nationals (English Speaking) in Medina, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Staff Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Indian national with excellent English speaking skills, you will provide administrative support to our office and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities :

• Provide general administrative support to the office such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing emails
• Assist with document preparation and filing
• Coordinate meetings and events
• Maintain office supplies and equipment
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Manage calendars and schedules for the team
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
