Applications & Strategic Operations Manager : Responsibilities : Manage the day-to-day operations of the application and ensure a seamless user experience. Supervise the full lifecycle of service providers (onboarding – activation – quality). Develop operational procedures, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. Monitor service quality and performance indicators (SLAs – NPS – CSAT). Manage customer service, technical support, and operations teams. Analyze performance data using BI tools (Power BI – Tableau) and generate operational insights. Establish contingency operational plans and ensure business continuity (BCP). Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the stability of the digital platform. Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering. 5–7 years of experience in digital operations management or project management. Proven experience in operating applications or marketplace platforms. Professional proficiency in English. Recommended Certifications : ITIL 4 Managing Professional. Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP). ISO 22301 – Business Continuity Management. Data Analytics Certificate Seniority level
