Project Management & Execution

• Manage multiple development projects simultaneously from concept through completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and deliverables across internal and external teams.
• Lead project workstreams including feasibility studies, entitlements, design, and construction.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
