Position : Project Controls Manager - Mechanical (ARAMCO Project Experienced) Contract Details : Full-time, permanent with family status We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controls Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of project controls for our EPC oil & gas client's onshore projects. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement project controls strategies and plans for onshore projects, including cost control, schedule control, risk management, and change management - Monitor project progress and performance, identify potential issues and risks, and develop mitigation plans - Ensure compliance with project controls processes and procedures, and provide guidance and support to project teams - Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project budgets, schedules, and forecasts - Manage project cost tracking and reporting, including budget vs. actual analysis, variance analysis, and cost trend analysis - Lead project risk management activities, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks - Oversee project change management process, including review and approval of change requests - Provide regular project controls reports to senior management and clients, highlighting project status, risks, and opportunities - Mentor and train project controls team members, and provide guidance on best practices and industry standards - Continuously improve project controls processes and procedures to enhance project performance and efficiency Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering - Minimum of 15+years of experience in project controls, preferably in ARAMCO onshore projects - Strong knowledge of project controls principles, processes, and tools - Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - PMP or other project management certifications are a plus - Candidates with ARAMCO experience will be given preference.
