Commercial Capability Building Manager – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Philip Morris KSA Trading Company is looking for a Commercial Capability Building Manager to join the Commercial Organization Development team. The role reports to the Commercial Organization Development Manager and will be based in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial organization development strategies aligned with the company’s vision and commercial objectives.
• Monitor the progression toward long‑term goals, identify improvement areas, and recommend action plans.
• Accelerate a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the commercial organization.
• Equip lead trainers with up‑to‑date content knowledge, facilitation skills, and program positioning.
• Design and lead regional capability‑building and team development programs.
• Develop and implement customized training, onboarding, and talent development programs.
• Collaborate with People & Culture to support key talent development plans.
• Lead the design and implementation of digital learning tools and platforms.
• Leverage and share best practices in training and development with PMI and affiliates.
• Prepare, propose, and manage the COD departmental budget.
• Track and analyse progress of COD initiatives and provide regular performance reports.
• Partner with Field Managers to assess learning needs and deliver targeted coaching solutions.
