Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Senior Solution Architect to lead system‑level architecture, support business development, and drive customer solution integration. In this role, you will define and develop integrated solutions centered on our 3D LiDAR sensor technologies, working closely with cross‑functional teams—hardware, firmware, software, product, sales, and customer success—to deliver scalable, reliable, and market‑specific reference designs and deployable end‑to‑end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architect end‑to‑end solutions combining sensor and infrastructure hardware, embedded software, connectivity, cloud services, and user interfaces

Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of solutions across different markets

Develop reusable architectural blueprints and frameworks to accelerate solution deployment

Customer Engagement & Requirements Gathering

Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical specifications

Lead technical discovery and solution definition workshops with customers and partners

Cross‑Functional Leadership

Provide architectural oversight and guidance to engineering teams during development

Act as the technical link between hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration

Mentor junior architects and technical staff

Industry & Market Adaptation

Tailor solutions to specific market verticals, understanding regulatory, environmental, and performance requirements

Stay informed on industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies relevant to surveillance cameras, LiDARs, IoT, edge computing, and sensor applications

Documentation & Communication

Create and maintain architectural diagrams, data flow models, and technical documentation

Communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders

Qualifications Required :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field

8+ years of experience in system or solution architecture roles, preferably within IoT, surveillance camera, LiDAR, radars, embedded systems, or hardware‑software product companies

Proven experience designing end‑to‑end solutions integrating hardware devices, embedded software, edge processing, cloud platforms, and mobile / web apps

Deep understanding of industry standard protocols (UDP, ROS, MIPI, RTSP, ONVIF, MQTT, etc.) and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Experience in at least two market verticals (e.g., surveillance cameras, traffic camera / radar solutions, LiDAR applications)

Experience with Jira, Bitbucket, GitHub, etc., and Agile / Scrum development process

Experience working with Sales and helping respond to RFPs and sales proposals

Experience directing and / or directly supporting customer support teams

Ability to work independently with multiple clients / projects, schedule and complete tasks proactively, and work under pressure and handle stressful situations in an appropriate manner

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and stakeholder management skills

Preferred :

Familiarity with industry compliance certifications such as CE, FCC, UL, etc.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines for edge‑cloud solutions

Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and best practices, including experience with performance and / or security vulnerability testing

Working with system integrators and supporting / managing SLAs

Familiarity with data analytics, AI / ML applications in sensor data, or digital twin technologies

Exposure to patent filings or experience with writing technical papers related to sensor technologies or embedded systems
