Role Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Homecare Nurse to join our team in Dammam. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will provide professional nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in home settings, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity
• Monitor vital signs, assess health conditions, and document patient progress
• Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Provide wound care, catheterization, and other nursing procedures
• Educate patients and families on disease management, prevention, and healthy lifestyles
• Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and follow care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes promptly
