CONSULTANT ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON QUALIFICATIONS :

Graduate from a recognised medical school. EXPERIENCE :

Essential :

Specialised professional post qualification training / experience in Orthopaedic Surgery in a recognised centre as follows : Minimum of five (5) years (Category A Hospitals) Minimum of four (4) years (Category B Hospitals) Minimum of three (3) years (Category C hospitals), of which two (2) years must be at a Senior Registrar level in Orthopaedic Surgery. Desirable :

Experience in a special branch of Orthopaedic Surgery Advance Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Certification Provider. Publisher of original work, have participated and preferably led original research. BENEFITS :
