Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver challenging, complex technical client engagements to ensure quality and value.
- Advise on various aspects of cyber defense / response.
- Lead a team of cyber resilience professionals in delivering security monitoring and response services.
- Support team development of cyber defense and response capability.
- Anticipate future needs and build innovative services to address them.
- Manage medium / large‑sized engagements.
- Lead business development, including proposals and client presentations.
- Develop constructive client relationships inside and outside Accenture.
- Coach and develop team members, manage performance.
- Uphold Accenture’s values by acting with integrity.
Experience & Skills
Proven experience leading technical teams in engagement delivery in security operations, technical assessments, penetration testing, red / purple teaming, incident response, digital forensics, threat intelligence, etc.Track record of understanding client technology, threat, and regulatory issues.Proven ability to analyze problems, identify core issues and recommend technical solutions.Experience managing complex cyber security services, preferably in a professional consultancy provider.Leadership at sustained high intensity, inspiring drive and resilience.Thought leadership material production and subject‑matter expertise.Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, and project management skills.Ability to interact with senior level organizations.Strong networking skills and broad professional network.Commercial and business acumen.Experience selling and delivering technical cybersecurity engagements.At least 10 years of expertise in leading professional teams.Knowledge of frameworks : NIST SP800‑137, NIST SP800‑61, ISO 27001 / 27035, ISACA Incident Response Framework, SANS incident response framework, etc.Subject‑matter expert on detection and response methodologies : SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, log analysis, network / EDR telemetry, forensic acquisition, etc.Plan and execute incident response and post‑mortem exercises with measurable benchmarks.Oversee internal forensic investigations.Maintain governance over documentation (policies, procedures, playbooks).Report metrics and scorecards to measure detection and response effectiveness.Partner with security engineering to optimize tools and workflow.Identify emerging threats and prioritize security engineering efforts.Analyze threat intelligence for patterns and root causes.Mentor and develop key talent within the team.Act as a cybersecurity SME for other IT and cybersecurity teams.Work with Cyber Security Resilience Leadership on strategic direction and continuous improvement.Familiar with the cybersecurity market in KSA.Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in computer science, software engineering or cyber security).At least 10 years in a detection or incident response role, with experience as an incident handler.Leadership experience in a Security Operations Center or detection & response function.Solid technical understanding of cybersecurity concepts, standards, guidelines, and principles.Experience with industry‑recognized security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, NIST, etc.).Calm, authoritative handling of time‑sensitive situations.Technical ability to oversee and perform forensics and investigations in IT environments.Effective communication across technical and non‑technical audiences.Project management and organizational skills, managing multiple concurrent tasks.Excellent interpersonal skills, collaboration across groups and levels.Demonstrated independent leadership.Travel may be required.Why join us
