About the Role

Direct control and effectively manage a van sales operation of sales areas in your assigned territory to achieve the budgeted volume & margin of Almarai products by continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance.

Area of Responsibilities

• Achieve the distribution target on a week‑to‑week basis in all trade channels as per the recommended product portfolio to optimize the sales & increase market share.
• Monitor and ensure that the orders of all products are in line with the market demand to control wastage & optimize sales.
• Ensure that all customers comply with company credit policy to avoid any financial loss.
• Make sure all employees adhere to Almarai quality & safety policy to ensure product quality & employee safety.
• Identify the training needs of Supervisors & provide / facilitate the training inputs to equip them with the required skills & knowledge.
